How do I check if my credit card gives free lounge access?
Search your departure airport above, then add your cards under My cards. Lounges your cards cover are marked β . Tap “details” on any lounge to see every card that gets in, the number of visits a year and any minimum spend.
Which lounges at KLIA can I use with a credit card?
Search KLIA above for the full list. Depending on your card, it may include Plaza Premium Lounge, Travel Club Lounge and, for some cards, Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge. Each card’s own page lists exactly which outlets it covers.
Do supplementary cardholders get free lounge access?
It depends on the bank. Some give supplementary cardholders their own visits, some share the principal’s visits, and some give none. Check the lounge section on the card’s page.
What about Priority Pass, LoungeKey or DragonPass cards?
Cards with these memberships use the network’s own worldwide lounge list, which is much longer than any bank list. Open the card’s page for the visit limit and a link to the network’s lounge finder.
Is there a minimum spend for free lounge access?
Many Malaysian cards now require a minimum spend in the previous month or quarter before you qualify. Where the bank sets one, it is shown on the card’s page.
Why could I still be turned away at the lounge?
Banks change their lounge rules and lists often, visits can run out, and guests usually pay. Always confirm with your bank before you fly.
